Preity Zinta, a Hindi film star, and her husband Gene Goodenough visited the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala and published photos of their conversation.
Preity posted a collection of images on Instagram. Preity could be seen grinning in the pictures, while Gene was seen clutching the Dalai Lama's hand. The next images showed the three conversing in a room.
“Ending IPL in Dharamshala was not what I hoped for but meeting his Holiness,” she said as the caption for the photos. The Dalai Lama in Dharamshala exceeded my expectations. We're thankful that we got to spend time with him and hear his wise words and funny stories.
A short while later, she tweeted another photo of herself, this one taken from her vehicle. She was observed carrying a dish of fast food.
“First stop after landing back,” she said.
In 2016, Preity and Gene were wed in Los Angeles. In 2021, the couple gave birth to twins Gia and Jai.
