<p>The teammates surrounded their captain once the camera paused at Rohit, with players like Ishan Kishan, Shubman Gill, and Kuldeep Yadav erupting into frenzied jubilation.</p>
<p>Before announcing the third contender for the fielding gold, Dilip stated, “Here comes the important one, I call him the professor because he is tactically gun on getting the fielders at right position.”</p>
<p>As a team, we discovered a few principles a year ago. Our willingness to risk our lives was crucial. A captain should be the first to lead by example, he continued.</p>
<p>Before Dilip called the players out of the changing room to declare the result, Rohit was uncomfortable by the attention being directed towards him.</p>
<p>In their current world cup campaign, India achieved yet another significant victory. They extended their winning streak to eight games by crushing South Africa by 243 runs.</p>
<p>Virat Kohli was outstanding at the bat, smashing a century to tie Sachin Tendulkar’s record for the most tons in ODI history. The South African hitters were then trapped in a web by Jadeja, who took five wickets to dismiss them for an only 83 runs.</p>
<p>India will now lead the world cup points table at the end of the league stage thanks to their most recent win. In their last round-robin game before the semifinals, the Rohit-led team will play the Netherlands.</p>
